The GCHQ of Comedy, Going Places it Shouldn’t.

A 'gloryhole', or 'glory hole', is a receptacle, box, cupboard or room, into which ephemera are placed, or tidied way.
The phrase was once popular in Victorian times but has since fallen out of use in favour of crude re-interpretation.

We're reclaiming it to represent a room reserved for fun, and laughter.

Gloryhole Comedy Club is run in association with Malmesbury Live Arts, a non-profit Community Interest Company funded by the Arts Council England, awarding funds from The National Lottery.

There are two intervals during the show.
Drinks may be pre-ordered at the bar on arrival to be ready for you at the interval.
The venue is up a flight of stairs. Regrettably there is no lift in this building.
Disability Access to our venues

Comedy gigs at the Kings Arms Hotel are on the first floor, up a long flight of stairs, and regrettably this building has no alternative access for wheelchair users.

Comedy gigs held at Malmesbury Town Hall are on the first floor, but can be accessed easily by a lift.
